Please call (516) 239-6700 for information about pricing and available accommodations. The main office will open weekdays only on March 1st, weekends on April 1st for tours, payments and ID card photos.

2024 Important Dates:

January 5th: Deposit Due $1000 for Cabanas,
$400 for Shower and Bath Cabins

March 1st: Deposit Due 50% of Total Balance / Main office open weekdays for payment, photos and tours (Silver Point Office)

April 1st: Main Office opens weekends for payments, photos and tours (Silver Point Office)

May 1st: Members are allowed access to their accommodations

May 15th: Deposit Due Remaining 50% of Total Balance

May 24th: The Sun and Surf Main Office opens

May 25th: The 2024 Season begins

June 26th: Full time cabana service begins

Sept. 8th: The 2024 Season ends
Last day for Member access to Accommodations
