Please call (516) 239-6700 for information about pricing and available accommodations. The main office will open weekdays only on March 1st, weekends on March 22nd for tours, payments and ID card photos.

2025 Important Dates:

January 5th: Deposit Due $1000 for Cabanas,
$400 for Shower and Bath Cabins

March 1st: Deposit Due 50% of Total Balance / Main office open weekdays for payment, photos and tours (Silver Point Office)

March 22nd: Main Office opens weekends for payments, photos and tours (Silver Point Office)

May 1st: Members are allowed access to their accommodations

May 15th: Deposit Due Remaining 50% of Total Balance

May 17th: The Sun and Surf Main Office opens

May 24th: The 2025 Season begins

June 25th: Full time cabana service begins

Sept. 7th: The 2025 Season ends
Last day for Member access to Accommodations
